Joint Projects

The Civil and Criminal Sections regularly work together on joint projects in relation to matters of mixed civil and criminal law. Joint projects are determined by the Advisory Committee on Program Development and Management (ACPDM). Joint working groups may be co-chaired by an individual from each section, or by a single individual, and working groups are made up of both civil and criminal representatives.

Joint projects are presented to delegates at the Annual Meeting in a joint session, adopted by the Conference and recommended to the jurisdictions for enactment in the same manner as other Civil Section projects. They can be found on the Civil Section Uniform Acts page  here.  See also the Annual Proceedings here for reports and related information.
